Snowy Day Garden Pep Rally in Ms. Lauren's room with dried wheat pompoms

Things are about to take off in the garden. The winter wheat and vetch that the 3-8 graders sowed as a cover crop up on the knoll garden is lush and green, the student plots are signed and ready for planting, and the greenhouse is well on its way! Thank you to Mr. Edgar and his tractor and all the parent (and student) volunteers who helped out last Sunday with putting up the rafters, perlins, baseboards and knee walls! We had a great day in the sun getting some good steps accomplished. There will be one or two more work days coming up as soon as the weather permits so stay tuned!

(ps. Ladies with drills, I apologize but I am having difficulty uploading my pictures of y'all for some reason. I really wanted to include pictures of you on here. You know who you are... (Morgen, Annie, Hallie, Kate)- Thank you!!!)

(pps. Thank the gentlemen too for showing up with their manly powers. In addition to Edgar, we had Dan, Brian and Wade on the scene- righteous!)
