Education and Experience: Studied Early Childhood Education at Colorado Mountain College in Edwards CO. Have worked for the last 20 years with kids all over the country. Everything from snowboard instructing, Montessori schools, public schools, head start preschools. Most recently was the education director for a nonprofit art and dance school ArtlabJ in Detroit MI.
Teaching Philosophy: I believe that all students are unique and need a teacher that caters to their individual needs in a safe and stimulating environment. I want to create a classroom where students can flourish and explore to reach their full potential. I want to create a warm, loving environment where students feel safe to take risks and express themselves.
Favorite thing about kids: EVERYTHING! Their energy, their eagerness and their excitement.
